I have another question, sanka - is it possible/how much work would it be to have the South African planes display the single unit letter, eg: A,B,C,etc..? As opposed to the 2 digit numeric code?
This would be historically correct, if not for the bombers, definitely for the fighters, such as Hurricane, Spits, and so on?

Yes it's possible, I'll include it on my todo list for the 2nd release. Numberings for all new nations are generic for the moment, so any info on historical markings is alway welcome

And I'm also wondering about the possibility of using MAT Manager markings with these, which would also solve my first question, possibly??

You can use MAT Manager roundels, provided you rename them with XXRoundel.tga and place them in the right folder, but it won't solve the numbering issue, which is a matter of class files.
