I believe the Austrian air force was reconstituted a few years prior to the Anschluss, in 1935 or '36 or such. That meant it didn't have much time to organize or build up. But it did exist in 1938, small and dwarfed when it came to confronting Germany.

I know it had Ju-52's and some biplanes, also probably German. some Ju-86's and Italian Cr-32, Cr-20's and Caproni 133's.
