You could try system restore to a last night but i do not know. also if any plug-ins were installed recently remove them i had to get a few .ddlls one time to get it to run but other then that i do not know your best chance is to get the dvd and reinstall it after backing up anything you need to save I E Skins etc.

If my inf doesn't help sorry, I Never had any real big issues with it.

This is all i can think of top of my head if you want me to pm me and i can do some research to find out if anyone else has had this problem and if so how to fix it.
