I don't know of US planes using tail markings, but many countries which used the Sabre had flag markings, generally on the lower part of the tail.

I believe IL2 defines tail markings by "Overlay8"

Yes but I need to know which aircraft shows tail markings when using US markings ingame if there's any, then I can add them.
