I'm using my G25 pedals for rudder - it6 works like a dream. I'm trying to figure your problem out. but I'm not 100% here. What does it show for the rudder controls in your HOTAS section? I'll help if I can, but my install was sweet, straight-forward, so I'm not sure where the problem is.
I have no extra joystick/pedal software or anything extra - just straight-forward.
This hasn't helped much, but I'll help if I can, if you make your questions a bit more specific...
