Well, i thought about it when i made this mod the problem is that as i explained for" KG64_Cnopicilin" this effect is based on smoke engine
if you do peopel instead for birds, they will just go around without your control (you can't set waypoints) not only exactly on streets but also
everywhere, through houses, trees and other objects too and it is not realistic.
