What is a "Micro", where do we get them? What do we do with them?

Basically, Micros can be used for miniature war gaming. Instead of buying 3d figures, we make armies, artillery, armor and aircraft at www.juniorgeneral.org
These planes are called 'micro' because they are in a micro scale, and are much smaller than normal scaled aircraft on the site.
