Bug: 1) Kiev map is still Cyrillic
2) Careers are still in Cyrillic
Description:
1) I just upgraded to 1.1.1 from 1.0 UI and I was pleased to see the Cyrillic map names fix is now built in to the UI. But Kiev is still in Cyrillic. I fixed it myself by dropping a blank file called Kiev_ru.properties into the MODS/STD/il8n folder, but this is a task the layman user of the UI would have no idea how to do. It is an easy fix and will hopefully be included in 1.1.2 (or whatever the next version is).
2) Also, it would save the less expert users a lot of time and confusion if the career language fix by OneEye could also be included in the next version. It can be found here:

Reproducible Steps: 1) Install UI v1.1.1 Open FMB and look at the Kiev map.
2) Install UI v1.1.1 Start a new career - all the writing is in Cyrillic characters.
