After a lot of research I have completely reworked my Norway 1944-45 Dgen campaign. The main goal of the update was to achieve more historical accuracy. Some examples:
- I have included the FW-190 F8 as flyable plane. Although intended as a fighter-bomber it was used by JG5 as a fighter.
- The FW-190 A3 is now flyable. JG5 still used it in 1944/45.
- I have included the Arado 234 as ai recon plane in the 1945 subcampaign. The Arado operated in small numbers from airfields in Norway during the last month of the war.
Moreover I have completely reworked the map templates and the ops files and I have included more skins by my favorite skin artist vpmedia.
Unfortunatly there are still some historical inaccuracies. I had to use the early version of the Mosquito VI. The Banff Strike Wing used the rocket equipped late war version and the Mosquito XVIII with a 57 mm cannon.
I would like to include these planes in the modded version of my campaign. I hope one of our talented plane modders decides to build these versions of the Mosquito. It shouldn't be a big problem to add a 57 mm cannon and the rocket racks.
