[size=150]Oscar Lorenzo Sundt was one of the many Argentinean citizens to join the Allied forces. He entered the Royal Navy in 1943. In 1944 he was trained by the Royal Canadian Airforce and finally sent to the Royal Navy were he flew Seafires Mk III. Months later he was sent to the 808 Squadron were he kept flyign Seafires over Normandy. When the F6F Hellcats arrived his unit was sent to the HMS Khedive with base in Trincomalee, Ceylom (Sri-Lanka now a days).
