You see in SFS extractor its path. When you extract them, you seee them extracting in same folder as its in SFS archives. Save edited TGA's in SAME folder in MODS folder, dont forget all those little and big letters.
Example: C:\Ubisoft\IL2\MODS\mymodtest\ArmTextures\3do\FAB250
