Old topic I know but it is still possible to select the Avenger III as a flyable aircraft, heres how;
I have recently installed the catapault mod and after playing around in the FMB I quickly created a takeoff mission to test. First I setup a Corsair to try with napalm on board naturally I ticked the box that stated 'player' and proceeded to fly the mission. After a few takeoffs I went back into the FMB to choose a different aircraft. Next one I wanted to try was the Avenger III and as it was near the top of the list I knew just where to find it, changed the aircraft and hit the fly button, mission loading stopped at 30% with an error message "one or more selected aircraft does not have a cockpit" or something similiar to that. Not a big issue at all really but something to note perhaps for future patches to UI1.1
