A question on damage effects in IL2

It'd be nice to see this added, and to be honest it wouldn't really be something you could class as a cheat unless you're opposed to more frequent crash landings and bail-outs... :lol:

I remember when I used to play CFS3, nearly every time I took hits, my hydraulics were knocked out. I learned to land wheels-up very quickly, to say the least... the gear legs actually flopping out because of damage is something I don't recall ever seeing, though, and it'd be a welcome addition.

Perhaps if this isn't allowable for existing A/C, it could be implemented on some of the newer projects?
