What do you mean by 'Oleg ok'd'? Sounds interesting.

There's a mod that "resets" the ammo dispersion to the patch 4.04 settings, giving a closer grouping of hits and other things. Apparently Oleg OK-ed that one?

Surely thats a weapons mod?
