Missing a significant portion or all of a blade would create a very unbalanced prop that would severely vibrate the engine and airframe. If the engine cannot be stopped and the prop feathered, the prop would likely induce a separation of the engine gear case or break the engine mount. I think adding this would certainly require changing the damage model and, as previously stated, is not allowed on stock aircraft.
