I don't dare call myself all that adept, but if you look in the red encircled text and then search for that particular load.ini in you listing in your all.ini, I don't think you'll find the same ...

So I'd say you are missing the entry for the Can_Channel map in your all.ini file.

Can_Channel is in the all.ini file as shown in my first post, second code quote. And the file it points to also exists. Have also tried to reinstall the game and patches but the problem stays the same.
