Ah, now I see what you were talking about. The file from McWolf is a ".7z" extension. This is a form of compression like a .zip or .rar file and you need to extract it first. I'm not sure why he used that format instead of a .rar file, but a program such as WinRar will extract the the files for you.

7z is the compression used by the open source packer/unpacker programme 7zip. You can get it here:
