When you play missions on online server, it's a dogfight type, so you can press "Refly" at anytime you want.

So, to do it like a rearming, just land at the home base, hit "refly" and there you go :wink:

this is what i meant. and if u want it to be realistic, step away from yer pc, go get a cup of coffee (or less historically in my case, a beer)...and wait for yer ground crew to get your crate ready.
