I dont know about under water but when I played CFS3 a while back, they had modded plane programs to look like tanks and jeeps. I was taking off in a A6M2-N the other day and thought about if someone could mod a A6M2-N to look like a PT boat. It would have to modded so it would'nt take off but you could go around destroying things.
