One Map (Lviv only) in Cyrrillic

As I gradually have time to explore my way through UI 1.1 plus 1.1 patch, I have discovered another anomaly. Placenames on my Lvov (Lviv) map are now in Cyrillic. Only Lvov.

Any Ideas?
