Greetings dear members of AAA!
I do hope I once again manage to ask things at the proper forum.
One thing I've always thought about when making maps in FMB is how the airforces and AA-batteries cover the airspace above on their own respective sides of the front? I mean, in which way do the german fighter pilots patrol? Do they have planned routes considering the location of their airfields? Did they continously have fighters and recon in the air? And how did the soviets manage? Where there alot of communications with forward observers? Etc...
When I make a map, say mid-year germans against soviets, how do I most realistically plan the everyday patrols? Do not take into consideration the strike-forces but only the own protection?
