Considering that neither the Mig 15 nor the Sabre has had a BETA release with an actual working FM it migt not be a bad idea to have a BETA to allow for some exposure and some tweaking. I'm looking forward to them so much that I'm like a kid on Christmas eve so the sooner the better 
As for the cockpits, the P80 is certainly "workable" for the F86, while the Mig-9 is actually a very good stand in for the Mig 15 since the canopy is very similar..
