Just a couple of practice missions using the new map and the Panther.

You need
- Wind mod,
- Korea map
- F9 Panther

Do not open the missions in the FMB or you will have to re-enter the wind values in note pad.

To install, place files in IL-2/Missions/Single/US folder.

For takeoff you are alone on the deck for take off qualification.
Lower your wings using your assigned key(s).
Release chocks and taxi within 10 feet of the catapult. Brake to stop plane and set chocks in again.

Go through takeoff checklist:
- Chocks in
- Wings down
- Flaps at half
- Trim full up
- Throttle up slow to about 80-85%
- Hit the chocks key and hang on

For landing you come over the bow and lose altitude as quickly as you can without over doing it. Go through your landing checklist carefully:
- tailhook,
- flaps full (just before landing),
- air brake,
- trim all up,
- landing gear.

Use the air brake liberally and cross the fantail at about 135-140 MPH. Remember- any landing you can walk (or run) away from is a good one!
