...last time i did my I had to Re-install twice.

I guess you've learned something from that. If not:

Install 1946 -> patch to 4.08 -> make a backup (copy to another location)

Install UI 1.1 -> patch with UI Patch 1.1.1 -> make a backup (copy to another location)

Then it's on to following instructions per mod.
