Getting this MOD to function is proving to be a chor.

I've copied the files into my "files" folder.

My config.ini:
[RST]
mouseUse=2


Did i miss a step, or is there a key press that activates it??

Readme file doesn't have any other instructions.

Unless i need to reverse the files with Qtim, but i have the sound mod and UI 1.1


any help or advice would be appreciated.
