The reflector sights have already been improved, are you talking about the reticules, or the sight itself?

The actual sight. I know the spit mk 1 was improved for the later version, but I think that the one as shown in the beaufighter is much better.
Avala did a superb job though of improving the actual reticle.
BoB WoV is a good example of a great early reflector gunsight.
