Can you folks tell me where to put this? I have downloaded it, unpacked it, but as of now, haven't done anything with it.

And, once I have put it where you tell me, will that be all that is required? Reason I ask is because it seems like there is always talk about this .ini file or that .ini file, etc., and that stuff really confuses me.
