i voted 'yes' although thats only partially true. i used to...a lot. my favorite rc airplane (besides scale warbirds) was the Great Planes SuperSportster mkII. i bought two of them in ARF form. and my worst memory was in college while flying at the RC club's field with one of them: I had flown this one for a loooong time and never got a scratch on it. but one day I was using an AM radio setup (my mistake) instead of FM...was coming out of a loop, nose to the ground, and right when i pushed her to full throttle, i got interference from somewhere....total lockout of all control. i distinctly remember actually turning my head the other direction so i wouldnt see it auger in. what a noise! what a crater! and what a time pickin up the pieces! i never flew RC again. besides... flying real airplanes is cheaper!
point being...dont fly with AM (it was a 20 year old setup). in fact i dont even think its legal in the states anymore. i wonder why
