There was a post somewhere (here maybe?) with a link comparing the MiG 15 to the F 86. True the MiG could outclimb the F86, but was only faster at certain altitudes. That and the F 86 could dive better, in part because of the USAF's efforts to emulate the ME 262's design, which gave it better handling characteristics at high speed (especially in a dive).
I myself am looking forward to the final FM (for both,) which should be educational as to how the differences panned out IRL 8)
The MiG pilots had different issues, among them being bound to ground control units who needed to feed the MiG pilots movement on bogies.
When ever it's done, I am looking forward to recreating the Korean Conflict in all its relevant factors.
