I have in Video settings all to MAX and in config.ini set water=3

and I dont have that kind sea graphic like in yours pictures.

Tell me please how you set up yours sea detail??

Im not entirely sure how to get the max water like you see. I think you need a NVIDIA graphics card, and have the game in OpenGL mode. Also landscape (ingame options) set to perfect.

If you use the search function of the forums you might be able to find more information.
