This problem went more and more in my game. At the end I had the same graphic like you. Our graphic cards are overheading.

Summer is coming and the temperature in your room grows. Next thing is that the fan of my card was very dusty (a half hand full of dust!!!!!). Clean your fan and put away the cover of your computer tower.

You will see that your problem will be fixed in that way.
