Yes...3.8 in and working & of course STD was saved in another drive...I don't know what caused the STD in my C; game install to revert to its virgin state ,but even with 3.8 installed I could not transfer bits from the saved STD over,then I tried doing all the text (s) of new aircraft into the various STD files( I'm getting quite good at this, but still had a 60% CTD .Then i reinstlled 3.8 and put saved STD folder in place of the virgin one & then everything worked ...again.
