I wouldn't worry about geographical innacuracies as to the location of the Islands; the RAF once moved Australia 200 miles on a map to prove to the defence ministry that they could reach anywhere from their bases or something (and as such, yes the MoD should give greater funding to the RAF as opposed to the Royal Navy and FAA, thank you very much!)
