You seem to have the cooling covered but that "domestic dragon" can be another issue
I noticed that when the cooling in the case was sufficient the GPU's own fans were quiet and only under very heavy load their RPM raised and could be heard. In normal load and idle (desktop etc) Can not hear the card.
The wait is the worst part, I know I recommend you try the latest betas from nVidia labeled 186.08 I think and then the 130308 DLL. I do not use nHancer now as I got satisfactory result with own control panel. For extra tinkering would be handy.
