I have v4.08
I've installed the Primary Mod Activator
I installed it Manually (Like on your Cirx tips)

The only other files I installed are the:
AC Installer
Wrapper.exe replacement
AAA 4.09 Patch
English Language fix
And the Spitfire Mk.I.

1. I Install the Primary Mod Activator
2. Install Wrapper.exe Replacement
3. " AAA 4.09 Patch
4. " Spitfire Mk.I
5.Go into game to test Mods
6. End up replacing my Modded game with my back up because of 5% crash
