Have you tried to play the campaign mission with your U.I. 1.2 switched to 4.08 Mods OFF? I think the problem with old stock campaigns in mods, is that the .properties files don't follow the modded naming conventions of mission_ru.properties. You could try renaming all the files that way, or just play the campaign without mods.
