I'd like to be able to have bigger flights of aircraft, so's some propper formations can be achieved
or have squadron and flight formations, eg Squadron Vic, sections echelon right etc.

Me too - more than any other improvement.

Second would be for my flight to not always spot the enemy so I would have to check six more.
Right now seems I only have to watch my Flight to find the enemy.
