Slightky OT, but as i'm spending a fair bit of time in this cockpit now :wink: , i've noticed that my cannon sounds for the P38 are really soft, like a distant 'poof-poof' sound, compared to the lovely chatter of the MG's. Any of you guys know which sound files i should look at to try and fix it up? :?:

I have the same problem.. But I didnt until after I installed Jafa's sound pack. On that note, the engine sound does not sound that different from the sound I had with the UI1.1. So not sure if the new allison file in Jafa's sound pack is that different from the one in the UI1.1. But somethind did change post Jafa's sound pack, now I can barly hear the .50s and 20mm.

Update..

I just turned OFF the EXTENTIONS in my IL2 sound menu and it made the guns sound alot better! And I can hear them now!
