P-51B "Impatient Virgin?" [Photos]

P-51B "Impatient Virgin?" is a WWII veteran that was delivered to the 376th Fighter Squadron, 361st Fighter Group in May 1944. It was flown by 1stLt. Victor Bocquin who scored 5 kills and Lt. John Bricker who scored 2 kills. This aircraft crashed in a field near a farm in the U.K. in 1945 on a training flight. The crash site was found and what was left of "Impatient Virgin?" was sent to Pacific Fighters in Idaho in 2002. The aircraft was bought by John Sessions and now belongs to The John T. Sessions Historic Flight Foundation. It is based in Everett, Washington at Paine Field.
