to get started, i recommend to use a downloaded template from "flying-legends" You will only have to add a layer in the right place and draw it like you did everytime. Because there are many layers over your skin it will have all the professional stuff on it.

Later you can hide all layers except of one "stuff-layer" to see how its painted and try to draw something like this, too. Very useful for that are filters.
Then, if you know how to create this stuff yourself you can add a new layer over your skin and draw this.
