It is. I even checked to make sure I had not somehow changed it by accident. I was surprised that the gear did not collapse. It's happened (landing gear collapse on hard landing) countless times in 109s (my 'go to' plane.) So i tried a really hard landing on an airstrip in a Hellcat, and it did the same thing; just bounced way up then crashed on return to ground. I guess Oleg added extra strength to the Navy carrier plane's gear like in real world. A bit too much. lol
And the high 'bounce' was caused by hitting the sloped lip of the Lexington class.
