is it mean, that this mode can fix problem with smokes when using windmod?

you probably already know the answer , it's the smoke file assigned wind entry to pretend air
windy environment , it's not that wind is moving smoke , it's the smoke that is moving
sometimes a bit sideways visually pretending to represent some air and wind environment
because it was configured to do so
