You have 3 redundant entries:
Zuti_Slovenia Zuti_Slovenia/Slovenia_load.ini
Zuti_Slovenia_Airports Zuti_Slovenia/Slovenia_Airports.ini and
Zuti_Slovenia_Online Zuti_Slovenia/Slovenia_Online.ini
Relics from the past, really.
As for the issue you're having, nope, didn't encounter that one before. I'll try to see if i can repeat the problem. And yes, that mod is critical for 1.34 version. If you need to have it disabled then please use v1.33 of this map as on that version airports have proper runway plates.
