Don't get frustrated with this situation. It is a limitation of the FMB. You cannot assign targets to both Blue and Red in the SAME mission. It's impossible.
Now, some people may THINK they can do this, but they are mistaken. Yes, you can physically assign Targets to both Blue and Red, but if you then look closely, they are incorrect----> Click on the Target properties tab and look at the 'Applies to:' setting, the two options are Red and Blue. In any mission, this particular setting will be either all Red or all Blue (if you place more than one Target). You can't have some Targets as Red and some Targets as Blue. It's Impossible. The FMB will automatically change them.
