Open il2set in your main folder (the .exe... not il2setup.ini) and uncheck "intro" box at the bottom left.

Eh, doesn't that just turn off the intro of the game, not the campaigns?

My bad. My campaigns don't play intro clips. :-? I guess I lucked out. It only has a different splashscreen while loading. And diff music until I turned that off.
