UQMG/UberQuick Msn Gen Upgrade 17 AAA Support Released
#12

Juri_JS,

Right now only the planes. I could kick me for making the map templates in UQMG so complex, but with complexity comes flexibility. It takes much longer to develop a template for a new map, but I want to release the missing maps for IL-2 1946 in the future, along with some of the AAA modded maps. Right now, UQMG supports over 55 maps, so should be enough to keep you busy...

vampire_pilot,

Thanks and indeed, eventually I want to support new maps.

Hot Space, Ivan Putski, rickster, Avatar, EasyRider, DKoor,

Howdy mates, long time. Hope you enjoy.

woofiedog,

Awesome pictures... try this... do a mission of 24 Me-410s with a bombing mission against 12 Spit XIIs... I did that on the "Water World" Coral Sea map and it was much fun.

Something else fun to try is the online Coral sea template, then use a large mix of Sea Gladiators and Swordfishes against A5M4s... makes for a challenging early carrier scenario. I placed the Sea Gladiators and Swordfishes in separate carriers, then I had two separate flights of A5M4s each going against both Gladiators and Swordfishes... so the Swordfishes need to go to their target, and the Gladiators need to escort them and fight off the A5M4s...

davido53,

Is this the first time you used UQMG? If so, make sure you install the main istallation and run it first. You will have to complete a couple of steps when you first start it, including the setup of the "ini" files, which means decompressing them... whatch for the dialog boxes and follow the instructions. Only after you run the the original installation correctly, and generate a mission, you can install the upgrade. You need to do that in order. If you install the upgrade only, or if you install the upgrade after you install UQMG before you run it, you will run into problems.

Just to let you know, I do not recommend running UQMG in Windows 98 or Millenium, because of its limited memory support. UQMG runs well in Windows XP (32- and 64-bits) and in Windows Vista (32- and 64-bits).

I'll help you get this running to the best of my abilities.

Finally, again, thank you all,

Best Regards,
Demon/UberDemon
