I've downloaded UI1.1 . in its readme it sayd i have to delete files and MODS folder after im installing the game and the 4.08m patch ...

You only have to delete those folders if you are installing the U.I.1.1 over a previous modded game. For the stock game, patched to 4.08, there is no MODS or files folders. The U.I.1.1 will create those folders.

If you deleted some files from your game folder, then you will have to start over, and make another copy of the game that has nothing deleted, and reinstall the U.I.1.1

You already had another thread about your 5% crash, and I replied to that one:

First check that your sound is set to 44.1 Khz.
