Question from a total noob; I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card on a budget.

I'm hoping to run FSX: Acceleration, IL-2 at "Perfect," and hopefully SoW:BoB when it comes out.
I'm running Windows XP: Home Edition, with 2.38 Gigs of ram, two Intel Pentium 4 CPUs at 3GHz and a 224 Megabyte intel 82945G GFX card.
