Osprey: Aircraft of the Aces 87 - Spitfire Aces of Burma and the Pacific has one side-view of MT879 - Code UM - F (seen in one photo above), and also has some details of the actions of this squadron. There is also a view of UM - T (JF835) from April 1944 with a small panther on the engine cowling, the version before it moved to the roundel.
Also, according to a photo on page 72 of the book, UM - C was MT982, not MT 892 in the illustration above, this ws Sqn Ldr Grant Kerr's aeroplane. From pg 69, UM - P was MV406 (flown by Sgt Cyril Potter)
