Don't hold your breath waiting for Storm of War, I pre paid for it when it was 1st announced & I got this yesterday from "Mighty Ape" (formerly "Game Planet").
"Hi Tony ,
Our supplier has advised us today that are no longer releasing Storm of War: Battle of Britain ~ PC for us and at this stage do not have any release date at all.
Unfortunately this means we are currently unable to supply your order. Please let us know if there is another product you would like instead... or if you would like to have this item cancelled we will organise a store credit or refund for you.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused -- we hope we can be of better service to you in the future.

But back onto the topic, a mod to control AAA, like we have for ships ie Rate of Fire & skill level etc would be great.
